HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we ask you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

RETURN COSTS
We kindly ask customers to cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the shipping and ensure you’re refunded or provided with a replacement, depending on availability.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 1-10 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please note that any applicable shipping and return fees will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, it may take 3-7 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges on items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow our returns process. After returning your item, you can place a new order for the desired item at any time.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We ask you to include clear photos of the issue for assessment. Once approved, we’ll gladly arrange a free return for either a reimbursement or a replacement, depending on availability.
