PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the DHL website or through their app.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any issues with your delivery, such as a delay or a missing package, please contact our customer support team at info@voranavoi.com. We are here to help and will work with DHL to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will be for one's own account.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

  1. Log into your account and select the items you'd like to return.
  2. As soon as your return is accepted you will receive a return form. Print this form and fill it in. Without a form we cannot tell who the shipment is from. If you're not able print the form make sure to add a note with your name, order number and reason for return.
  3. Place the item(s) and the completed return form in the original shipping package and close the package securely.
  4. Address the package to:

  5. Bring your package to your nearest DHL delivery point within 3 working days of receiving the return form.

* Don't forget to remove or cover the old shipping label.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your products! If you're not satisfied, we ask you to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

The customer is responsible for the items until they are received by Vorana Voi. Always retain the carrier's return label.

RETURN COSTS

Return costs are for one's own account.

If you receive your item(s) damaged or defective, we will cover the shipping costs and ensure you’re refunded or provided with a replacement, depending on availability.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once we've received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days and issued to your original payment method. We make full refund of the products, but customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs paid.

Additionally, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges on items. If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow our returns process. After returning your item, you can place a new order for the desired item at any time.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We are committed to ensuring that every order meets our strict quality standards. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@voranavoi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We ask you to include clear photos of the issue for assessment. Once approved, we’ll gladly arrange a free return for either a reimbursement or a replacement, depending on availability.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

If you are ordering from a country within the European Union (EU), you will not incur any import taxes or customs duties.

ORDERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For customers ordering from countries outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS DELAYS

Occasionally, international shipments might be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. While we strive to minimize any potential delays, we cannot predict or control the time it takes for customs processing in your country.
