Growing up tall came with its challenges. As a young girl, the hardest part wasn’t just finding clothes that fit. I never truly felt like I fit in, and for the longest time, all I wished for was to be shorter. With Vorana Voi, I want to change that. Not only by creating clothing that actually fits but also by showing tall girls and women everywhere that their height is something to embrace. You should love your height and wear it with confidence - because standing tall is something to be proud of.

To us it is about more than just fit - it’s about fashion with integrity. As I became more aware of the devastating impact of the fashion industry, I knew there had to be a better way. Fast fashion brands dominate the market, often with little to no transparency about their production processes, unfair labor practices, and a heavy toll on the environment. When searching for sustainable and ethical brands, I found nothing truly tailored to tall women. That’s why I decided to create Vorana Voi.

As a Netherlands-based company, we proudly produce our garments locally in the Netherlands and Portugal. By manufacturing in Europe, we minimize our environmental impact, uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship, and ensure that everyone in our supply chain is treated and paid fairly. Our denim items are produced in Portugal by a small, family-run factory that specializes in denim craftsmanship, blending traditional techniques with modern innovation. In the Netherlands, we work with a factory that provides opportunities for individuals with a distance to the labor market, giving talented people a second chance to do what they love - bringing new products to life. Both factories share our commitment to ethical production and sustainability, and together, we continuously work on improving our processes.

We also take great care in choosing our fabrics. We uphold the highest possible quality within our price point, always prioritizing natural fibers over synthetic ones. We only incorporate synthetics when they truly enhance a garment’s design and functionality. Additionally, we strive to avoid mixed fibers due to their difficulty in recycling, ensuring that our choices align with our goal of responsible, long-lasting fashion.
